Dr Sulaiman Lawal spent 15 years as an academic researcher and analyst working across multiple UK's leading research universities — the University of Leeds and Newcastle University's School of Computing and Faculty of Medical Sciences. In each setting, the work was the same at its core: take complex, uncertain data and turn it into clear, reliable conclusions that help people make better decisions.

His background spans three disciplines — engineering systems, computing, and medical sciences — all connected by one thread: rigorous analysis of complex problems to produce reliable, actionable insight. He now applies that discipline to property research, giving North East investors access to the quality of independent analysis that large institutions take for granted.
