- KYC/AML information (where required): proof of ID/address, source‑of‑funds/wealth details.
- Deal & service interactions: enquiries, call notes, proposals, contracts, payments (processed via secure providers).
- Website/cookie data: browser/device info, IP address, pages viewed, form submissions, and marketing preferences.
We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please avoid sharing it unless requested for a lawful purpose.
How we use your data (lawful bases)

Sharing your data
We share data only as necessary with:
- Service providers/processors: CRM/email platforms, cloud hosting, ID‑verification/KYC tools, payment processors, analytics, website providers (bound by data processing contracts).

International transfers
