AyNik Properties Limited is a North East property business led by Dr Sulaiman A. Lawal.
What we do
We help landlords and investors across the North East of England, in this order:
- Serviced accommodation management. Our SA management service, AyNik Stay, runs properties as short and medium stays for landlords who want to try it.
- Property sourcing. We find investment property for registered investors, through our weekly Auction Watch and Direct Deals.
- Investment support and research. Our free North East Insight report and our analyser show the numbers behind a decision, with every figure sourced and dated.
We cover 36 postcode districts across the North East.
Who runs it
Dr Sulaiman A. Lawal founded AyNik Properties. He is a data scientist with a PhD and an MBA, with 15 years of research and analysis at the University of Leeds and Newcastle University. He now applies that work to property: finding deals, checking the numbers and showing the method.
How we work
- We show our method. The analyser and the AyNik Score are explained in full on How we score.
- We label every figure. A figure is either SOURCED, with its source and date, or ESTIMATED, with the method. If we don't know, we say so.
- We don't overstate. We are a new SA management business. We publish results only once properties have traded and their owners agree.
- You decide. Our tools rank and estimate. The decision to buy, sell or let is always yours, with your own legal, survey and financial advice.
