How Direct Deals works
- We only show a property here when its owner has signed an agreement allowing AyNik to market it. The card shows the area, not the full address. You get the full pack after you register and we have checked your identity.
- Properties for sale elsewhere, with another agent or on a property website, are never shown here. If one matches your criteria, we tell you privately and name the selling agent.
- Auction lots appear only on Auction Watch, with the auctioneer named.
Fees and checks
Our sourcing fee is £4,000, fixed. You sign a non-disclosure agreement before we share a deal, its return and all the costs. You pay the fee only if you agree to buy, and we hold it until the purchase completes. Read the sourcing terms.
