Worked examples
How the analyser method works on example properties. These are illustrations, not results.
A worked example: a 2-bed in Durham
This example runs our analyser on a 2-bedroom property in Durham, using the same figures and the same sums as the analyser itself. If our data changes, this example changes with it.
It is an illustration, not a result. AyNik does not yet manage any serviced accommodation, so there are no real results to show. When owners agree, we will publish real figures here, labelled with their source and dates.
The verdict often surprises people: once booking-site fees, cleaning, utilities, furnishing and our own fee are counted, serviced accommodation does not always beat a standard let. We would rather you saw that here than after you had spent money on furniture.
