Short-stay homes need a hotel-standard clean between every guest, often on the same day. We clean serviced accommodation and holiday lets across the North East, to a written checklist, so each property is ready for the next arrival.

What we offer

• Changeover clean: a full clean after every checkout, to a documented checklist, with amenities restocked.
• Linen and towels: used linen collected and laundered, and fresh sets made up for the next check-in.
• Post-stay inspection: a short, dated report after each clean, noting damage, missing items or repairs needed.
• Mid-stay refresh: for longer bookings, a light clean, fresh linen and a restock while the guest is staying.
• Consumables: toiletries, tea, coffee and kitchen basics restocked to the level you set.
• Short-notice cleans: for early checkouts and last-minute bookings, when we have a team available.
